General Terms for Electrician Apprenticeship

It’s compulsory you read and understand the terms and conditions before signing up, by signing this document, you are bind to observe and to do:

Before you start note; from 23/7/2024 the purpose of our apprenticeship training is to impact you with the knowledge, and to help build an electrical career.

AFTER TRAINING

1. You can apply for employment with Esca Tech

2. You can also decide to leave,we will be ready to help when the need arise

DUTIES OF AN APPRENTICE

  1. Report to site irrespective of the distance at 7;30am; By obeying time  you are building the attitudes of punctuality
  2. Must be hard working, learning how to cut walls, fix boxes, cables, Dbs etc.
  3. Must always be available, ready to perform duty,inform ceo through calls, or whatsapp or text in case you won’t be available, a day before.
  4. Must carry-out all duties assign.
  5. Limit the use of phones while working or at site.
  6. Sleeping at site sometimes to avoid, being late to work.
  7. Must always follow safety measures to ensure you don’t get hurt.
  8. Frowning or lazy attitudes is not allowed, you maybe sacked.
  9. Ensure you don’t involved in any theft of cables materials, when proven guilty you will have to  pay for the full cost.
  10. When a materials or tools are entrusted into your care and it get missing you or family will pay for it.
  11. You shall not share any company information with anyone, what happens at work remains at work
  12. You shall not ask customers for money, have a conversations or take their phone numbers.
  13. You shall not work for any of our customers or carry any workers of Esca Tech to do any other work without informing CEO ( Hopeh David)
  14. If you have any sickness or  allergic to anything you must inform managements in a writing form.

 

DUTIES OF ESCA TECH

  1. Train you in the following Areas of electrical
  2. Domestic
  3. Commercial
  4. Testing and inspection/ solar and generator
  5. How to prepare estimate and talk with clients
  6. Give you transport to site and feeding when you are site-learning-through-working
  7. Take you through classroom lessons so you can understand the theory
  8. Give you testimonial certificate
  9. There is the possibility of employing you full time into Esca tech after training you
  10. if you break any rules management will look into it, or sack you.

Note; to enjoy your training you must obey all the rules.

DUTIES OF YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN

  1. support with feeding, esca tech is only obligated to feed, when the apprentice is at site.learning-through-working-note-there-are-times he/she is at site but not working the parent/guardian must support with feeding.
  2. Must always call the office to find out about progress of their child.
  3. Must not be a hindrance for you going to site, example preventing you from going to site.
  4. In case you need him/her you inform us before.

 ITEMS NEEDED FROM ALL PARTIES

 

  1. Photocopy of voters ID, or Ghana card from students and Guardian

 

 TRAINING DURATION

Training duration is 3 years, we believe by then you really know the work and won’t burn anyone property, when given the opportunity.

                                                   

transportation and feeding for three ( 3) years

one time payments for the 3 years training is Ghc4000 , this money goes into feeding and transportation of your child to any site we will send him/her anywhere in Ghana.

TOOLS NEEDED

  1. Set of screw drivers
  2. Set of pliers
  3. Set of power testers

other tools will be provided by  Esca Tech

Note; fees paid are not refundable.

 

BLESSING AND GRADUATION CEREMONY DAY

Before we handover your certificate, a graduation ceremony will be organized. This program is to bless you and set you up for the world. Friends,families and co-workers are invited.

  1. Testimonial certificate
  2. Energy commission certificate ( the full cost is on you and you must write an exam to get it. )
  3. Graduation day ( on that day you will be awarded your certificates.
